Scenario Games

During your open play experience at the Paintball Plex, you'll play a variety of scenario games throughout the day! In addition to changing the field setup each weekend, we play 10 different combat games to keep your adrenaline rushing on each mission.

Outside Games

Speedball and Barrel Fields (On Grass)

Single Elimination - Everyone must start at the starting box (or net for barrel), but can not hide behind it before or during the game. Everyone has one life so if you are shot it is game over, hand and gun must go up and they must leave the field. Players may cross into enemy territory so long as they stay 10ft away from the enemy. The game is 5min long.

Respond - Everyone must start at the starting box (or net for barrel), but can not hide behind it before or during the game. Players can not cross 50. When they are hit their hand and gun go up and they will tag the starting box to re-enter the game. The game is 5min long.

Gladiator -  Teams will go to the starting box (or net for barrel) and put their guns down right by it. The teams will go to the 50 and lay down facing their guns. Players can not touch or grab each other when they pop up and race back for their guns. It will be a 5min/no crossing 50/respond/ (or Zombies) for the rest of the game.

Zombies - There are several game play scenarios.
1. Everyone must start at the starting box (or net for barrel), but can not hide behind it before or during the game. When they are shot from the shoulders-up (head/neck/mask) it is game over, hand and gun must go up and they must leave the field. If they are shot anywhere else they can continue to play. There is no crossing 50 and it is 5min long.
2. Same as the first one only they are not aloud to run; they can only walk or crawl.
3. Same as the first but they can also loose limbs. (Shot in the arm can’t use it) If they loose both legs they must crawl. If they loose both arms or are shot from the shoulders-up its game over.
Iron-Man; Everyone must start at the starting box (or net for barrel), but can not hide behind it before or during the game. In this game they go until they can’t go on anymore; either they run out of paint, run out of air, or it just hurts too much. If they are shot they can keep on playing without having to respond. It will be a 6min/no crossing 50 game.

Barrel Field Only

Civil War -  Two teams will stand against their nets and can not move. The ref will blow their whistle and everyone will take only ONE shot. If they were hit its game over for them, if they were not hit they will take a step forward and shoot again when the ref blows the whistle. This will keep on going till one team is gone or the teams have gotten too close.

WWII / Scenario / Mounds / Tunnel Field

Single Elimination - Everyone has one life so if you are shot it is game over, hand and gun must go up and they must leave the field. They may cross into enemy territory so long as they stay 10ft away from the enemy. The game is 5min long.
Respond; They can not cross 50. When they are hit their hand and gun go up and they will tag where ever they started to re-enter the game. The game is 5min long.

Medic - This is a respond game meaning when they are shot you can re-enter the game in some way. The way they will respond is that when they are shot they will stay where they are at and call out to their medic with their hand and gun up. The medic will run over and tag them back into the game. The medic has unlimited lives. There will be a medic for each team. This game is 5min long/no crossing 50.

Armory - This is a single elimination meaning when they are shot they are out. This game works like “king-of-the-hill”, one team (starting in the bottom right corner of the field) will try to keep the armory and the other (starting in the upper left corner of the field) will try to take it from them. Which ever team has a team mate in the armory at the end of the game wins. This game is 5min long and there is crossing 50 so long as they stay 10ft away from the enemy.
Bomb Squad; There is a “bomb” hidden on one side of the field and one person has to find it and return it to their starting point before time runs out. This is a respond game so when they are hit their hand and gun go up and they will tag where ever they started to re-enter the game. If the “bomb” is found before 5min is up the game keeps on going till time is up. Do not throw the “bomb”! There is no crossing 50.

Capture The Flag - There is a flag in the 50 and one team must retrieve it and bring it back to their starting point. This is a respond game so when they are hit their hand and gun go up and they will tag where ever they started to re-enter the game. If they are shot while holding the flag they must drop it and respond. If the flag is brought back before 5min is up the game keeps on going till time is up. Do not throw the flag! 3/4 Corners - How ever many people are playing will decide how the game is played. If there are 4 and under it will be a free for all where each person will start in a different corner. If there is more then 4 you will split the teams into 3 corners (don’t put anyone in the upper right corner) each team is against each other. No alliances! They have one life so when they are hit they are out. They may cross into enemy territory so long as they stay 10ft away from the enemy.
